Enjoy the very best of culinary craft and culture under one roof

Right at the heart of our South Bank home, and named after our eminent architect Denys Lasdun, we bring you a dining experience from the team behind the award-winning Marksman Public House.

Lasdun’s menu puts a fresh twist on classic British brasserie-style dishes, all made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. It offers a celebration of the UK’s amazing produce, served up with a mix of timeless charm and modern flair.

With a vibe inspired by modernist design and London’s rich culinary history, Lasdun is the go-to destination on the South Bank, sitting just 10 minutes from Waterloo.

Burns Night at Lasdun

Join us on January 25 to pay tribute to the life and poetry of Robert Burns through the time-honoured tradition of haggis, neeps and tatties. The evening will start with a bespoke whisky cocktail from our friends at Glenmorangie, followed by three delicious courses that celebrate the best of Scottish produce.

The Team

Jon Rotheram, Tom Harris and John Ogier first met working together at St. John in 2008 before Rotheram & Harris reunited to launch The Marksman Public House in 2015, awarded London’s first Michelin Pub in 2018.

For this project, the duo are joined by John Ogier (Co-Founder of Michelin starred and Worlds 50 Best Shoreditch restaurant, Lyle’s).

Three men stand together and smile at the camera. One wears a white shirt, one a blue shirt and the other a navy cardigan. The backdrop is concrete walls and the top of a staircase.
