One of London’s most-loved drag divas, Rhys’ Pieces will be bringing sass, panache and insane looks to the River Stage. They’ll see us through the entire weekend.

Rouge by Marion Motin

7pm – 7.10pm

Rambert presents an excerpt of Rouge by Marion Motin (Christine and the Queens, Dua Lipa). Rouge is what happened when we invited pop’s coolest choreographer to work with Rambert’s daring dancers.

7.15pm – 7.40pm

Me, you, them, us. A series of duets choreographed for Rambert by their Artistic Director. With spoken word by Future Movement, Rambert’s creative youth programme.

Where to Start? by Liam Francis

7.45pm –  8pm

Former Rambert dancer Liam Francis rejoins the company, this time as choreographer for a new short dance piece. “An itch, a shuffle and readjustment of the jumper.”

Tension Funfair by Aishwarya Raut

8.10pm – 8.30pm

Rambert’s Aishwarya Raut creates a new dance piece for her friends and fellow Rambert dancers. “To see, to hold, to lift each other up.”

A DJ is focused on mixing music at a lively indoor party, with people dancing and vibrant pink and purple decor in the background. Large green plants are in the foreground, adding a touch of greenery to the scene.

8.35pm – 10.45pm

London native Tim Garcia is a DJ, Broadcaster and record Label Owner. He’ll be seeing us into the weekend with some deep, soulful house.

Creative Dance Workshop with Amy Toner

1.05pm – 1.50pm

A family dance workshop led by Amy Toner. Fun with props, rhythm and shapes, taking inspiration from the world around us. Suitable for families with children up to 8 years.

2pm – 2.45pm

Rambert dancers Naya Lovell and Jonathan Wade will lead you in an energetic warm up and guide you through different rhythms as you create some contemporary grooves. Open to all.

3.40pm – 4.15pm

Swoon and sway for Nali, a Swiss born, Cape Verdean singer who blends vulnerable lyrics with elements of jazz and dancehall.

4.20pm – 4.45pm

Me, you, them, us. A series of duets choreographed for Rambert by their Artistic Director, Benoit Swan Pouffer. With spoken word by Future Movement, Rambert’s creative youth programme.

Peaky Blinders: The Redemption of Thomas Shelby

4.50pm – 5.05pm

By order of the Peaky Blinders, enjoy an excerpt of Rambert’s thrilling stage adaptation, written by Steven Knight, creator of the original TV series, and performed by Rambert’s dancers. Choreographed and directed by Benoit Swan Pouffer.

Soca Workshop with Paradigmz

5.10pm – 5.55pm

Hip Hop, Contemporary and Theatre artist Paradigmz guides you through a Soca workshop. Open to everyone, dance to popular songs and try out moves like Follow the Leader and Balance.

K-Pop Workshop with Coco

6pm – 6.45pm

K-Pop artist Coco brings the latest K-Pop dances and music trends in this workshop. Open to all.

Who would you like to remember today?

Fresh from its premiere at London’s Stone Nest, catch Rambert’s brilliant dancers performing this new piece in collaboration with Jill Johnson.

Vogue Workshop with Jay Jay Revlon

8.15pm – 8.45pm

As Father of the ‘UK House of Revlon’ and founder of the ‘Kiki House of Tea’, Jay Jay is a leading authority of Ballroom in the UK. Learn some Vogue fundamentals with Jay Jay, ready to put to use on the dancefloor.

Family Yoga Workshop with Eryck Brahmania

12.05pm – 1.05pm

Suitable for all, this session will see us move through the animal shapes (asanas). Swing your trunks and stomp your feet to the elephants’ parade, let your inner wild donkey be free and journey into mysteries of the aquarium.

Line Dance Workshop with Emma Weir

1.15pm – 2pm

Hold ‘em like they do in Texas with simple line dance routines to Country & Western tunes. Heel tapping, thigh slapping and suitable for all.

2.05pm – 2.15pm

Goat is darkly funny, and packed with originality. It’s inspired by the music and spirit of Nina Simone, including her iconic songs Feelings, Feeling Good and Ain’t Got No/I Got, Life.

Sheree and the band will be treating us to more jazzy tunes, with Romarna Campbell on drums, Dave Manington on bass and Gemma Hawkins on the piano.

Caribbean Dance Workshop with Sheba Montserrat

3.30pm – 4pm

Caribbean dance with Sheba Montserrat journeys through the music genres of Reggae, Ska, Soca and Dancehall to nourish your body and satisfy your soul. Suitable for all.

Seduction City – DJ set

4pm – 5pm

It’s a feel good Sunday vibe with Seduction City. Let us ease you into Sunday evening with some carnival classics, reggae and soul music.
