Casting call for young performers with German heritage

We’re looking for exciting young actors, who have German heritage or are German language speakers, to share a leading role in a workshop.

The role is male aged 10 years old. Previous experience on stage is a bonus, but not essential.

Application requirements:

  • Performers must have full availability across our workshop dates, which will last for one week between 7 October – 25 October 2024.
  • Candidates must ideally be native German speakers or have some skill with the language.
  • The workshop will be in London at the National Theatre Studio. All applicants must live within one hour travel to the National Theatre (SE1 9PX).

Please use ‘NT Young Performers Casting Call’ as your subject line and attach a headshot or photo along with details of any experience you may have had on stage previously.

The Casting Department is responsible for casting all productions across our three stages, as well as those produced by the Learning Department. They also work on the future and commercial life of many of our productions.
