If you choose to pay for your Membership by Direct Debit then please note the following information:
If your donation entitles you to membership for the forthcoming year, this is not confirmed until your bank or building society has been able to process the payment for your membership. In the event that your bank or building society is not able to process your payment the Royal National Theatre will contact you.
However, you can help us a great deal by doing the following:
- Please check your bank or building society statements and please contact us if a payment does not appear for this year.
- Please contact us if you believe you have paid for membership and are not receiving regular mailings from us.
- Finally, if you wish to cancel your support of the Royal National Theatre please let us know and we will make the necessary amendments to our records.
The National Theatre strives for best practice in fundraising and is registered with the Fundraising Regulator.
We are transparent with our donors and supporters, ensuring that our fundraising is legal, open, honest and respectful.
