Spend time with National Theater Director, Rufus Norris, meet Director Designate, Indhu Rubasingham, and enjoy a special meet and greet with Joey the beloved War Horse and his puppeteers at our exclusive private reception at the stunning Maybourne Beverly Hills. Then, as a part of our NT Live partnership with The Wallis, watch an encore screening of War Horse, the critically acclaimed and international smash-hit play from the National Theatre and winner of five Tony Awards, including Best New Play (2011).

This screening of War Horse is recommended for ages 8 and up, but all ages are welcome at our reception with Joey.

At the outbreak of World War One, Albert’s beloved horse, Joey, is sold to the Cavalry and shipped to France. Though still not old enough to enlist, he embarks on a treacherous mission to find him and bring him home.

Now seen by more than 8 million people around the world, this powerful, moving, and imaginative drama is a phenomenal feat of stagecraft. At its heart are astonishing life-size puppets by South Africa’s Handspring Puppet Company, who bring breathing, galloping, charging horses to thrilling life on stage.

Prima Facie takes us to the heart of where emotion and experience collide with the rules of the game.

Justin Martin directs this solo tour de force, captured live from the intimate Harold Pinter Theatre in London’s West End.

Filmed live during its sold-out run in London’s West End, Vanya plays exclusively in cinemas before its Broadway run begins in March 2025.

While assuming the role of a dutiful guardian in the country, Jack lets loose in town under a false identity. Meanwhile, his friend Algy adopts a similar facade. Hoping to impress two eligible ladies, the gentlemen find themselves caught in a web of lies they must carefully navigate.

Max Webster (Life of Pi) directs this hilarious story of identity, impersonation and romance, filmed live from the National Theatre in London.
