Roy Alexander Weise was Associate Artist at The Red Room and at Harts Theatre Company. He became the BBC Theatre Fellow at the Bush and Lyric, Hammersmith in 2014, and Associate Director at the Donmar Warehouse in 2019. Between 2019 and 2023, Roy Alexander Weise was Joint Artistic Director and CEO of the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester and was awarded an MBE in 2020.
