Christina Deinsberger

Training

Christina Deinsberger studied law and criminology at the University of Heidelberg. She trained at Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz in Berlin, as assistant director to Thomas Ostermeier, Simon McBurney and Annabel Arden, among others.

Theatre

For the National Theatre: Mnemonic (2024), a co-production with Complicité

Other theatre includes: as director, Undine geht (also on tour at Summer Up Festival), Genesis (artistic collaboration with Bastian Reiber) and Das Erdbeben in Chili (co-director with Moritz Gottwald and Laurenz Laufenberg) at Schaubühne, Berlin; and as staff director, Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead for Complicité on international tour

 

Christina Deinsberger was a resident director and mentor for Mudlarks International Residency and a producer on FIND-Festival 2024 at Schaubühne, Berlin.
