Terms & Conditions
Entry Pass membership is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Entry Pass is open to all UK residents aged between 15 and 25 years. Membership will be valid until the day before the individual turns 26.
- Membership is non-transferrable.
- Applications for membership for 15-18-year-olds will only be considered when accompanied by the signature of a Guarantor (parent, guardian, teacher or employer) and by proof of age (photocopy of birth certificate, passport, driving licence or PASS approved card).
- Applications for membership for 19-25-year-olds will only be considered when accompanied by proof of age (photocopy of birth certificate, passport, driving licence or PASS approved card).
- Only one Entry Pass ticket and one Mates Rate ticket may be purchased per production
- Free tickets under the A Night Less Ordinary scheme are available for Mon-Thu performances only and are subject to availability.
- Proof of age may be required when collecting tickets and the National Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone unable to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request.
- Mates Rates tickets at £7.50 are only available to individuals aged between 15 and 25 years who are attending with a valid Entry Pass member. Proof of age may be required when collecting Mates Rates tickets.
- Tickets are subject to availability. Some productions or performances may be subject to a restricted allocation of Entry Pass tickets.
- Anyone re-selling Entry Pass tickets to non-members will have their membership automatically cancelled.
- Entry Pass tickets are only available via the National Theatre's Box Office and website.
Tickets are not available through third-party agents. - The price of Entry Pass tickets may be subject to change at the discretion of the National Theatre.
- In joining the scheme, individuals agree to their personal details being held by the National Theatre and used to communicate information about Entry Pass and events at the National Theatre. To unsubscribe from the scheme, members should email entrypass@nationaltheatre.org.uk.
- The Entry Pass website will be strictly monitored. Any individual posting offensive material will have their posts removed and their membership may be revoked.
- The National Theatre advises all Entry Pass members to plan their travel arrangements to and from the theatre in advance, and to make sure that details of their journey are known by someone at home in case of emergency.
- These terms should be read in conjunction with NT's standard terms & conditions of sale, which are available on our website.
- The Theatre reserves the right to terminate the scheme at any time.
